Questions about the Shopify integration
About two minutes. You authorise the connection from inside 3xRetention and the initial sync runs on its own. A large catalogue can take up to an hour to import fully, but you can start using the agent immediately.
Yes, on the same connection. Plus-specific features like Shopify Flow can trigger 3xRetention through webhooks if you want custom triggers beyond the standard events.
Yes. An order completed in a WhatsApp conversation is created in Shopify as a normal order, so your inventory, fulfilment and accounting all work exactly as they already do.
WooCommerce has the same integration. For other platforms there is a generic webhook and API connection, plus a Google Sheets option for stores without an API.
